Nicole Rittmaier, Office Manager/Paralegal

Ms. Rittmaier was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio. She attended Jackson High School, graduating in 2010. After high school she decided to pursue a career in the legal profession. She worked at various law firms through the years mainly focusing on personal injury and civil litigation. Nicole attended Kent State University for a paralegal/legal assisting degree. She later pursued a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Bellevue University graduating in 2018.

Ms. Rittmaier moved to Charleston in 2015 to advance her legal knowledge in the Mass Torts field. She was a paralegal at Motley Rice doing pharmaceutical litigation until joining Robert Wyndham in 2019. Nicole is the president of the Charleston Association Legal Assistants (CALA) and was nominated in 2020 for the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Affiliate Award. When Nicole has free time, she enjoys fishing, traveling, shopping and spending time with her two cats, Barnabus and Milo. Nicole has over 13 years of experience as a paralegal and strives to always put her client’s needs first.
